 AJ Foyt in the AJ Watson Offy. He would be crowned Eastern sprint Car Champ for 1960. I my opinion this is the year that AJ put it all together and rose above the rest of the drivers. He won the Reading opener and closed the season with the win at the Williams Grove in what was the best duel I ever saw between AJ and Jim Hurtebise in the Barnett Bros Chevy. Nise Photo |
