The 27th annual Williams Grove Old Timers/Eastern Museum of Motor Racing membership meeting and exhibition, a.k.a. the Tommy Hinnershitz Memorial Convention, was held at the historic Latimore Valley Fairgrounds.  In addition, a memorial service was held for Vic Yerardi.

Other events included a Wednesday night street rod cruise, Friday's dedication of the new museum addition, Saturday's Langhorne Speedway Reunion and Sunday's membership meeting.

On both Saturday and Sunday, the racecars were given very generous amounts of track time. Divided into loosely into groups of sprints, midgets and stock cars, each group enjoyed several lengthy lap sessions each day. One happily grinning driver told VR, "Man! I got more track time in this one weekend, than I did all year back home in Ohio!"
