Looking for information on an event,
track, car, or driver?
I am contacted
daily with many requests for information. While I wish
I had huge databases of information, everything I have is in
the website. If you didn't find it in the site, I
don't have it!
The
goal of the site is to create a place where anyone can
research, or share, their common interest in the history of
motorsports in an interactive format. To do this, we
created the
Member's
Section. Registration is free, easy and secure.
Sign up and use any of the
relevant sections of the forum to post your request for the
information you are seeking. In most cases, you'll
find someone will come along who can either help you out, or
direct you to someone who can.
A word of advice... we do all
we can to maintain security. But since the site is a
public site, you never know who may be scouring the pages or
what their intentions may be. So, when you place your
post, we recommend that you only allow contact to be made
via the forum's security and that you do not disclose your
actual email address, or phone number. A little common
sense goes a long way!
How to Register
- Follow the link to the
Member's Section and click on the "Register" link
at the upper left of the page.
- Enter your desired username.
- Enter your valid email
address.
- Choose a password.
- Verify your password.
- Enter the Visual
Verification.
- Read the Agreement,
check the "I agree" box and submit your registration.
-
Wait!:
There's still one more important step!
Due to a high volume of fake registrations by
scammers and spammers (100+ per day!), you are now required
to also do the following before your account will be approved:
Once you have completed your registration, you must also
send an email to us at tvr1@comcast.net from
the same email account you used in your registration,
along with a sentence or two as to what areas of motor
racing history are of interest to you. You don’t have to
write anything epic. This is just to let us know that you
are a human and not a software program looking to place
spam.
This should greatly help us to verify
legitimate new members. Your cooperation is greatly
appreciated.
