Buck Guilfoy's
1940 Ford Coupe

In 1983, Buck Guilfoy, along with the help of Ray Heller, Lynn Paxton and Bill Wright,  immaculately restored the very car that he originally built in 1964 and raced until 1969. Buck drove this famous #30a 1940 Ford Coupe flathead to 13 wins, 17 second place and 19 third place finishes during his career. The restored car and it's engine are the original equipment, just as he raced it!

About Buck Guilfoy:
Buck started racing in 1949 at Westport Stadium in Baltimore, MD. He later won the Westport Sportsman Championship in a Ford Flathead in 1959. 

Throughout the 50's, 60's and early 70's, Buck raced all over the east, south and even Canada, winning 21 career feature wins.
