Can You ID This Mystery Mini-Racer

John Yasenko of Hannibal, MO, recently contacted TVR about this scaled down racer. He is looking for any information as to what this car might be, as well as any history anyone may be able to provide. Here are some notes John sent us about the car...
  • The motor looks like a motorcycle motor , but it has aluminum plates all over
  • Has ( Hi ) 305 cc, Type 1, Tillotson carbs & Hartman on them
  • The wheel base (front hub to rear hub) - 5 ft.
  • A guess on total length about 9 ft
  • Kitz fuel shut off
  • Disc brakes only on rear
  • Torsion bar front suspension with 2 small shocks
  • Rear end cast # 2018188, Posi
  • 4 lug wheels, steel 
  • R. tire 20X8X10 ARCO
    R. tires 16.5X6.5X8 Goodyear
  • Gas pedal mounts off engine.
  • Has twin side nerf bars
  • The bonnet has a scoop off to the side on the top w/wire mesh
  • The grill opening also w/wire mesh
  • Oil pressure gauge Has a M on its face
  • Aluminum side panels & aluminum belly pans
